The Department of Public Works (DPW) Superintendent is Randy Phillips. Randy started with the City in January of 2013. As DPW Supervisor he is responsible for the day to day Department of Public Works operations. If you need to reach Randy, you can call City Hall at 231-744-1621 between 8:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
The Department of Public Works has three full-time employees and two permanent part-time employees. These employees along with Randy care for the streets of North Muskegon, read, repair and replace water meters, plow streets in the winter, chip brush in the spring through the fall and maintain play equipment and grounds of the City’s parks.
